Delete your account

Applies to the Mileage Minder Android app and web portal

You can ask us to delete your Mileage Minder account and all the data connected to it.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mileageminder.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

Before you delete, you may want to export your trips (Reports → Export). Deletion can't be undone, and you may need these records for taxes.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, name, sign-in provider)
• All trips, routes and GPS points, notes, and tags
• Vehicles, Bluetooth and beacon identifiers, businesses, schedules, saved places, and settings

What we may keep

• Encrypted backups, which expire within 90 days
• Support-access audit logs (who viewed an account and when, not your trip data), kept for up to 1 year for security
• Mileage claims you submitted to a team. These belong to that team's records.

Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
